Lossless digital signal transmission
The BRAX DSP – Upgrade Output Digital SPDIF module is the ideal solution for adding lossless digital signal transmission to existing DSP systems. It not only enables a fully digital signal chain from the DSP to the amplifier, but also provides the basis for using the exclusive DiSAC technology in combination with compatible BRAX amplifiers.
D/A conversion takes place only immediately before the amplifier stages. This enables a fully digital signal chain from the source to the amplifier, ensuring maximum signal fidelity, exceptional detail resolution, and a fascinating sound experience full of precision and musicality.
The module provides both an optical and a coaxial stereo output in SPDIF format. For maximum compatibility, the sampling rate can be flexibly switched between 48, 96, or 192 kHz. Thanks to 24-bit resolution and an optimized coaxial output voltage of 1 V at 75 ohms, consistently excellent signal quality is assured.
A special highlight is the proprietary DiSAC technology: in combination with the BRAX MATRIX MX4 PRO, or as DiSAC 2.0 with the BRAX REVELATION RX2 PRO featuring the optional digital input, it enables unique volume control without any loss of sound quality – for a music experience at absolute reference level.
This high-end product – Made in Germany – is completed by its presentation in an elegant wooden case, underlining the exceptional standards of the BRAX philosophy.
